The 'View from Seats' feature offers enhanced transparency to prospective ticket buyers, providing a preview of the viewing angles well in advance of the event.
The reason is pretty simple, the more you give your visitors a sense of what their experience will be, the more likely they are to buy a ticket.
Before you start:-
- You should have the image of the viewing angle in PDF, GIF, or JPEG and it shouldn't exceed 04 MB.
- Furthermore, you should have, Set up Seat Categories (How do I do that?)
- Establish Reserved Seating Sections (How do I do that?)
- Populate the Sections with Seat (How do I do that?)
i) Upon meeting the above requirements, access section mode, either by double-clicking the section you drew or by selecting it and using the Edit Contents button on the top right.
ii) Next, give the seat/row a double-click, and you'll notice an option of "View from Seats" visible on the bottom left-hand side.
Click on the seat again or draw over the mouse cursor on the entire row/section and click "View From Seats," then pick the file from your computer's directory.
Note:- To disable the options appearing click anywhere outside the section, and to exit the screen click "Exit Section" at the top left of the Editor screen.
To complete the setup, please click on "Save & Proceed" at the top right of the editor.
