This helps to create timely campaigns, and effectively engage with target audiences during significant events.
Before you start:-
For Each month you would find different color dots against some dates, they represent:-
- Green:- Indicates events that are happening all over the world (such as World Chocolate Day, Independence Day, etc.)
- Blue:- displays your created upcoming events or the event that was scheduled in that calendar month.
- Green and Blue:- An email campaign is been created on the World Wide celebrated Day.
To get started, log into your Email Campaign account, and explore the months displayed in the calendar under "Dashboard."
For Example:- The above image indicates 07th July (Green Dot) as "World Chocolate Day" Upon clicking on it, we will display multiple email design options that you can choose from to create an attractive campaign, simply choose the one that fits your requirement and click "Create Campaign.".
You will be now directed to enter campaign details such as the Subject, Name of the Sender, etc. After entering them click on "Create Campaign" to move to the next page.
Note:- For creating an Eye Catchy Campaign Subject line and Preview Text, you could also take the assistance of an AI (Artificial Intelligence) by clicking on "Let's Start" displayed at the top, simply enter the keyword as per the event such as World Chocolate Day Offer, etc., and click "Generate."
After a couple of seconds, you will be displayed Texts, Click on "Use this" to automatically add them in their respective field.
On the next page (Campaign Information page), simply connect the segments and schedule it as per your preference.
Similarly, if you click on a Blue dot against a date, it will display the campaign that is been created, if the event is future-dated it will simply show the setup.
Whereas for the past dated campaigns, it would display "Campaign Report" that would give an overview of emails sent, Open Rate, Click Rate, etc.
Note:- You can also preview the sent email campaign (Past dated) by clicking on "Email Preview" available at the top right of Campaign Report.
