Yapsody Email Campaign canceled subscription can be resumed with the same account and uploaded contact list. All your prior data will be available to you to resume the services and send new campaigns.
In case, you resume your subscription post the current Bill Cycle date, your current resumption date will be your new billing cycle date.
For Example: Your current subscription and billing cycle date is 1st January and you canceled your subscription on 15th January. You resume your subscription on 15th February, then your new billing cycle date start date will be 15th February.
Kindly follow the below-mentioned steps to resume your subscription
- Login to your Email Campaign account. You will be displayed the campaign dashboard. Click on the 'App Launcher Icon' at the top right-hand corner and select the 'Admin' option.
- You will be displayed Admin dashboard. Select the 'Billing' option.
- You will be displayed your current plan information under Your subscription option. Click on 'Resume Subscription' to resume your previously canceled or paused subscription.
- You will be displayed your current plan information and trial period expiration date.
Note: In case, you resume your subscription during the trial period the dates for the trial period will remain the same. The trial period is unaffected due to cancellation or resumption of services.
