How to add EU (European Union) Representative and Data Protection Officers (DPO) Contact Details?

Before we take you through the steps on how to add those details to your Admin Console, let us help you with the differences. 

What is EU (European Union) Representative? 

An EU Representative is the person designated, where applicable, to represent companies that are not based in the EU regarding their obligations under GDPR compliance.  

What is Data Protection Officer (DPO)? 

A Data Protection Officer (DPO) is the person designated, where applicable, to facilitate and assess a company's compliance with the provisions of the GDPR.  

Now that we are familiar with their roles, follow the below instructions to update their contact details.  

i) Access the organization settings page and click on "View & Manage Terms & Conditions." If you are unsure, how we reached here click here.

ii) Now Scroll the page down until you see an option of Add Contact Details for Your EU Representative and Data Protection Officer. 

iii) Upon clicking Add Contact Details, you'll be prompted to Enter your Full Name, Address, Contact Number, and Email Address, once done click on "Update Details" to store the input.
