How to delete a user in Clever?

To delete a user, contact the IT support at your district.  

When deleting a user, you should be aware of the following information.

1. When a clever user is deleted, the Owner (Clever Admin) must manually delete the user from Yapsody's Users & Permissions tab.  (If you don't know how to delete a user in Yapsody please Click Here.

2. Even if the event presenter (Clever Admin) deletes a user from the Users & Permissions tab in Yapsody, if the same user still has access to Clever Account, he can still login to Yapsody.
