How to add a user with owner rights in Yapsody through Clever SSO?

Users created with the following roles in Clever get Owner access in Yapsody.

• Clever Admin
• District Help Desk
• District Curriculum Lead

Any users with "Clever Admin role" in Clever can add user with above roles to Clever by following these steps:

1. Go to https://clever.com/

2. Select log in as "District Admin".

3. Please log in using your Clever Admin credentials.  

4. Upon successful login, you will see Clever Dashboard. Select 'Team' from the left navigation menu.

5. Select 'Add team member' to the top right of the page

6. Add the new Clever Admin's information in the pop-up box. 

7. Click Add.

Once a team member has been added to the account, they will receive an email with a link to create an account.

Note : It takes around 15 to 20 minutes for a new team member to sync and appear under the team members list.
